Getinge, a firm that manufactures a wide range of products for use in acute care, surgical, and life sciences in the hospital, agreed to acquire Talis Clinical, a developer of a clinical guidance software, for $65m. “Connecting life-saving medical devices with other data sources and presenting the right data to the right clinician is instrumental in supporting better patient outcomes and lower treatment costs.
