Jonas Software to acquire AMT Sybex from Capita for $40m.

Jonas Software, a provider of enterprise management software solutions, agreed to acquire AMT Sybex, a provider of critical utilities and infrastructure software, from Capita, a consulting, transformation and digital services company, for $40m. “The Jonas team is excited to welcome AMT Sybex into our portfolio.
