M Group completed the acquisition of the UK Power business of Babcock International Group for £50m.

M Group, a service provider to the regulated infrastructure markets in the UK, completed the acquisition of the UK Power business of Babcock International Group, a British aerospace, defence and nuclear engineering services company, for £50m.
