HCPL-backed Mamaearth completed the acquisition of Mompresso.

HCPL-backed Mamaearth, a natural, toxin-free beauty and baby care brand, completed the acquisition of Mompresso, a digital platform provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Momspresso will use the fresh capital received through the acquisition towards enhancing the team, building data-science capability and investing in technology to drive scale and efficiencies.
