Enel Green Power, a firm that generates electricity from renewable sources, RIC Energy, a global developer of PV projects, and Magtel Operaciones to invest in Solana Renovables, a company focused on the design, construction, marketing, start up, operation and maintenance of a solar plant. Financial terms were not disclosed.
