Modulus Venture to acquire a 25% stake in KAMU from Navis Capital Partners for $13m.

Modulus Venture, a seed stage venture fund, agreed to acquire a 25% stake in KAMU, a craft drinks producer, from Navis Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm, for $13m. KAMU owns and operates high quality craft drinks, predominantly tea-based, under the brand Kamu tea. The investment objective is to strengthen OR’s food and beverage business by increasing product diversification and creating opportunities for domestic and international growth.
