Eta Kamnik completed the acquisition of Proconi from Fleury Michon.

Eta Kamnik, a food processing company, completed the acquisition of Proconi, a food company, from Fleury Michon, an agri-food company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This sale will have no impact on current operating income for 2021, and a negative impact (depreciation of securities) on net income for 2021 which should nonetheless be positive as previously announced’ indicates the group," Fleury Michon.
