CenterGate Capital-backed Mid-State Industrial Maintenance completed the acquisition of Elmco Industrial Services.

CenterGate Capital-backed Mid-State Industrial Maintenance, a provider of on-site and off-site industrial maintenance and service solutions, completed the acquisition of Elmco Industrial Services, a mechanical shop and field services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Elmco contributes towards our vision of providing our customers with the best solution based industrial services available.
