Dacapo Group completed the acquisition of ZAE-Antriebssysteme from ATH.

Dacapo Group, a distributor of stainless steel fittings, tubes, bars and sheets to medium and large size companies, completed the acquisition of ZAE-Antriebssysteme, a manufacturer of gear units catering to the packaging, intralogistics, metal processing, stage technology and pharmaceuticals industries, from ATH, a producer of process technology, plants and components. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In the future, we will focus on the coating and converting industry in order to expand our position in this area in a targeted manner and to further develop our portfolio," Tarik Vardag, ATH Managing Director.
