Synopsis
CareMetx, a provider of cloud-based technology-enabled specialty hub services, agreed to acquire Human Care Systems, a developer of a patient services platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition marks the beginning of a very exciting time for CareMetx and HCS. Our combined organization and team members share a passion for supporting a patient’s journey to access and adhere to specialty therapies," Mark Hansan, CareMetx President and CEO.
