Altra Industrial Motion completed the acquistiion of Nook Industries for $135m.

Altra Industrial Motion, a premier global designer and manufacturer of a wide range of motion control and power transmission solutions, completed the acquistiion of Nook Industries, an engineered linear motion products and solutions provider, for $135m. “The Nook family is pleased to have found a strong strategic buyer with a history of not only preserving, but also building upon the products, brand equity and core competencies of their acquisitions.
