Trilantic North America completed the acquisition of Addison Group from Odyssey Investment Partners.

Trilantic North America, a global private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Addison Group, a Chicago-based professional services firm specializing in talent solutions and consulting, from Odyssey Investment Partners, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Addison Group is a market-leading business in both the talent solutions and consulting markets with tremendous runway for continued growth.
