Wieland completed the acquisition of Busby Metals.

Wieland, a manufacturer of semi-finished products in copper and copper alloys, completed the acquisition of Busby Metals, a service provider with the largest and most diverse in-stock inventory of specialized, high-performance copper-based alloys in the world. Financial terms were not disclosed.
