Biosynex to acquire Enalees.

Biosynex, a provider of medical diagnostic services, agreed to acquire Enalees, a biotech specialized in the development and marketing of lyophilized molecular diagnostic tests. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is accompanied by the granting by ENALEES to BIOSYNEX of a license agreement use of a filter extraction system developed by ENALEES and which is currently undergoing of a patent application in several territories.
