APG-backed Wellbeam Consumer Health to acquire BioTRUST Nutrition.

American Pacific Group-backed Wellbeam Consumer Health, a provider of vitamin and mineral nutritional supplements, agreed to acquire BioTRUST Nutrition, an eCommerce nutrition brand.
