Cortec-backed Groundworks to acquire CLS Foundation Repair and Waterproofing.

Cortec-backed Groundworks, a privately owned foundation services company, agreed to acquire CLS Foundation Repair and Waterproofing, a provider of repair and water management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We always planned to be a national customer-facing brand, but we needed time to mature as an organization and to find the right opportunity.
