AE Industrial Partners-backed Triman Industries completed the acquisition of Brighton Cromwell and Crestwood Technology Group.

AE Industrial Partners-backed Triman Industries, an electronic parts supplier, completed the acquisition of Brighton Cromwell, a supply chain integrator, and Crestwood Technology Group, a logistics & supply chain management solutions provider.
