Sonepar to acquire Elco Electro.

Sonepar, a distributor of electrical products, solutions and related services, agreed to acquire Elco Electro, an electrical installation material wholesaler. Financial terms are not disclosed. "The acquisition of ELCO elektro will significantly strengthen Sonepar’s business and will support its continued successful development in the Czech Republic," Sonepar.
