Certara to acquire Integrated Nonclinical Development Solutions.

Certara, a firm that accelerates medicines to patients using biosimulation software and technology, agreed to acquire Integrated Nonclinical Development Solutions, a provider of the SEND Explorer software and drug development consulting.
