Atlantia, an infrastructure firm, completed the acquisition of the Yunex business of Siemens, a German multinational conglomerate company, for $1.1bn. “The sale of Yunex Traffic is an important step that not only provides the best situation for Yunex Traffic to grow, but also sharpens our strategy in being a focused technology company in rail transportation.
