BV Investment Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Marlabs, a digital solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is another example of BV investing in a business whose founder has entrusted us to work with him to expand the company he built. We look forward to working with Siby to help broaden demand for the Company's digital transformation services.
