EyeCare Partners completed the acquisition of Retina Associates of Kentucky.

EyeCare Partners, a provider of ophthalmologic and optometric services, completed the acquisition of Retina Associates of Kentucky, a provider of retina disorders treatment services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
