Perial Asset Management, a real estate core fund, completed the acquisition of nine hotel assets from B&B Hotel, an economy hotel chain, for $66m. "This transaction is totally in line with the strategy of our SCPI PF Hospitalité Europe, which targets real estate assets in European cities in the managed hosting sector.
