Thomas Concrete to acquire Benton Ready Mix of Florence.

Thomas Concrete, a building material company, agreed to acquire Benton Ready Mix of Florence, a ready mix concrete supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our acquisition of Benton Ready Mix of Florence complements our offering in South Carolina.
