Champlain Capital completed the acquisition of Pre Brands.

Champlain Capital, a private equity fund based in San Francisco and Boston, completed the acquisition of Pre Brands, a provider of premium, consumer preferred grass-fed beef products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Pre Brands provides the best tasting 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef that is non-GMO and without any added hormones or antibiotics," Champlain Capital.
