Advent International and Eurazeo completed the acquisition of protel Hotelsoftware.

Advent International and Eurazeo, a private equity firms, completed the acquisition of protel Hotelsoftware, a software hospitality solutions business. Financial terms were not disclosed. Advent and Eurazeo will work in partnership with protel’s management to continue building on the company’s world-class technology and deliver new innovations to customers faster. This will further strengthen and accelerate its position as a leading software and technological services provider for hotels globally.
