AMEOS Group completed the acquisition of Sana Kliniken Ostholstein.

AMEOS Group, an operator of hospitals and nursing homes, completed the acquisition of Sana Kliniken Ostholstein, a provider of healthcare services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The new locations complement and expand our health network in Holstein for the best possible local care for the population. We look forward to further developing inpatient care in the region together with our new colleagues," Axel Paeger, AMEOS Chairman.
