Nuvias completed the acquisition of Alliance Technologies.

Nuvias, a cloud-based service and solutions, completed the acquisition of Alliance Technologies, a telecommunication company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The blend of Alliance Technologies GmbH’s solutions and market presence, and Nuvias UC’s vendor partnerships and professional services expertise is a winning combination.
