Sole Source Capital-backed Peak Technologies, a full life-cycle system integrator and provider of digital supply chain, completed the acquisition of Avalon Integration, a provider of hardware, software, networking, system design and services to factories, warehouses, stores and field forces. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the Avalon team.
