Nvidia completed the acquisition of Bright Computing from Molten Ventures, Prime Technology Ventures and Treshold Ventures.

Nvidia, a computing platform company, innovating at the intersection of graphics, completed the acquisition of Bright Computing, a provider of cluster and cloud management software, from Molten Ventures, Prime Technology Ventures and Treshold Ventures. Financial terms were not disclosed. “NVIDIA is changing the world as we know it, and we couldn’t be more excited for our team and software to play a part in that,” Bill Wagner, Bright Computing CEO.
