SAUTER, a building automation and system integration company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Emtec Group, a plant engineering and technical facility management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Emtec Group Ltd. is a perfect addition to our existing presence throughout Europe and will position us even better to meet the current and future needs of the global market and our customers,” Werner Ottilinger, Sauter Managing Director.
