Calibre Scientific, a provider of life science reagents, tools, instruments, and other consumables, agreed to acquire Medline Scientific, a distributor of laboratory consumables and equipment. Financial terms are not disclosed. “We are excited to add Medline Scientific to the Calibre Scientific family.
