Montoni Group-backed Nicola Wealth Real Estate, a real estate asset management company, completed the acquisition of a 85% interest in an industrial property in Montréal. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is our first joint venture with the Montoni Group who are based out of Montreal. This acquisition presents an opportunity to establish ourselves in the Montreal market; a significant Canadian market where we are excited to grow our portfolio,” Ron Bastin, Nicola Wealth Real Estate Director of Acquisitions.
