Charme Capital Partners-backed Ocs, a digital lending hub, agreed to acquire Redo, a mobile instant lending platform that launches the first fully mobile, instant and compliant consumer micro-credit solution. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this operation, Ocs, reads a note, takes a further step in the transformation path from software provider to Fintech Digital Partner, capable of bringing innovation into the hands of its customers - financial institutions and consumer credit operators - allowing them to design new business models with high potential.
