Hedin Mobility Group completes the acquisition of Stern Facilitar from Stern Groep for $117m.

Hedin Mobility Group, a retailer of vehicles and related automotive services, completes the acquisition of Stern Facilitar, car dealerships facilities, from Stern Groep, a Dutch automotive retail, for $117m. “We are very excited about entering the Dutch market for the first time with the acquisition of the Stern group, which annually sells approx. 32k vehicles through 50 dealerships by 1.550 employees and generates approx. €800M of net sales.
