Blue Sage-backed All-State Industries completed the acquisition of Allied Plastics.

Blue Sage-backed All-State Industries, a highly diversified, custom-of nonmetallic industrial components manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Allied Plastics, a thermoformed plastics manufacturer.
