Industrial Opportunity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Applegate and Greenfiber, two manufacturers, marketers and distributors of cellulose insulation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This combination represents an exciting opportunity for IOP and all stakeholders.
