Harvest Midstream completed the acquisition of the remaining 75% stake in Arrowhead ST Holdings.

Harvest Midstream, a privately held midstream service provider based in Houston, completed the acquisition of the remaining 75% stake in Arrowhead ST Holdings, a fully integrated Eagle Ford midstream business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is another example of our continued commitment to South Texas and the Gulf Coast. When we close this transaction, we will own 100% of these assets that we have safely and reliably operated for over a decade," Jason Rebrook, Harvest Midstream CEO.
