Harvest Midstream, a privately held midstream service provider based in Houston, completed the acquisition of the remaining 75% stake in Arrowhead ST Holdings, a fully integrated Eagle Ford midstream business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is another example of our continued commitment to South Texas and the Gulf Coast.
