Audax, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Centerline Communications, a provider of turnkey wireless telecommunications infrastructure services, from Wincove Private, an investment holding company, and Stone-Goff Partners, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe this partnership will help us to meet the growing demand within our customers to work with larger, self-performing service organizations that can provide turn-key solutions to critical infrastructure within their national networks.
