Rheem, a provider of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, indoor air quality products, gas and electric water heaters, completed the acquisition of De Jong, a supplier of stainless-steel hot water tanks, from Nordian Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Rheem and De Jong are aligned on many fronts, including our commitment to sustainability.
