Specchiasol to merge with Farma-Derma.

Specchiasol, a manufacturer of food supplements, agreed to merge with Farma-Derma, a provider of healthcare and well-being products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The strategic partnership will see the businesses join forces to develop and market healthcare goods with what they describe as high medical value. They will combine their expertise to supply a wide portfolio of “innovative” and natural products that can provide care and protection for consumers.
