ME Capital completed the acquisition of GS Autoteile.

ME Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of GS Autoteile, a supplier of automobile spare parts and accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. GS Autoteile is based in Rot am See and was established in 1979. The firm is a leading global B2B sales organisation for genuine car parts, with operations in more than 20 countries. ME Capital will manage GS Autoteile as part of its portfolio and provide support for the company’s ongoing strong growth.
