Gilde Buy Out Partners-backed albelli, an e-commerce company, completed the merger with Exponent-backed Photobox, an online photo printing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Combining both businesses creates an opportunity to deliver the best end to end experience to more customers in Europe.
