Liberty Tire Recycling to acquire Rubberecycle.

Liberty Tire Recycling, a North American conservation enterprise, agreed to acquire Rubberecycle, a New Jersey based manufacturer of reusable rubber products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Rubberecycle brings higher margin business and will increase Liberty Tire's presence in the Northeast US while adding used tire processing capacity, including the ability to manufacture higher value rubber tire mulch.
