Norway Royal Salmon to acquire SalmoNor from NTS for $940m.

Norway Royal Salmon, a firm operating in the aquaculture industry, agreed to acquire SalmoNor, a fully integrated salmon farming company, from NTS, a Norway-based aquaculture company, for $940m. “We are enthusiastic over a combination with SalmoNor. Through the merger we are now combining an impressing operational competence across the organizations, the most important foundation for continued growth and development, and establishment of new jobs.
