GB Foods completed the acquisition of Salsas de Salteras from Helios.

GB Foods, a producer and supplier of food and pet food, completed the acquisition of Salsas de Salteras from Helios, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. According to the company, the Helios fund owned 49% of the company, which is now in the full hands of GB Foods.
