Synopsis

BERKS Group, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire 180 Skills, a developer of an online technical education platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting addition to BERKS education technology platform. It fits perfectly with our goal to be a leader in innovative on-line education tools for business and individuals who want to grow," Doug Krebs, BERKS Group Operating Partner.
