Bukalapak, an Indonesian e-commerce company, and CT-backed PT Trans Retail, a firm that owns and operates retails shops, are set to form a joint venture to run an e-grocery business. PT Trans Retail will own 55% of the new entity, while Bukalapak will own the rest.
