COFRA to acquire Dalsem.

COFRA, a group of companies active in various business sectors, agreed to acquire Dalsem, a company that specialises in greenhouse projects. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This acquisition, along with the acquisition of Sunrock in 2020 and our investment in Intelligent Growth Solutions last year, form part of COFRA’s ongoing diversification strategy which is focused on tackling the biggest social and environmental challenges facing the world," Boudewijn Beerkens, COFRA CEO.
