Gilde Equity Management completed the acquisition of Excluton.

Gilde Equity Management, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of Excluton, a company that develops concrete paving products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have Gilde Equity Management as a new shareholder. Gilde has the entrepreneurial profile we were looking for and also the knowledge and experience of concrete decorative paving due to its previous investment in Schellevis.
